These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SVGa Marketplace (the "Service"), including our website, digital storefront, and downloadable animated gift assets (SVGA, MP4, WebP, GIF, and related formats). By creating an account, signing in, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Copyright & Takedown Policy.

1. About the Service

SVGa Marketplace sells digital animation assets intended for use on live-streaming and social platforms (including Bigo Live, Poppo Live, MLive, and similar apps). All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions, pricing, inclusions, and charges are summarized on our Products & Services page and on each product listing.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate registration information and notify us if your details change.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Purchase Terms

• Prices are shown on product pages and confirmed at checkout in the currency displayed on the payment screen.
• An order is an offer to purchase the selected digital items subject to payment and these Terms.
• Upon successful payment (or admin approval for manual payment methods), you receive a license to download the purchased files.
• Taxes (such as GST in India) and any stated additional charges may apply and are shown before you pay where required.
• We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Digital Delivery

• Delivery is instant or near-instant via download links or ZIP archives where available after payment confirmation.
• Manual payment orders are fulfilled after we verify your proof of payment.
• You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files promptly. We are not obligated to store files indefinitely after delivery.
• Physical shipping is not applicable. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. License Restrictions

Unless stated otherwise on a product page, purchasing an asset grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the asset in your live streams, broadcasts, or approved platform integrations.
• Modify the asset for personal or commercial streaming use as permitted by the target platform.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share source files as standalone downloads.
• Claim ownership of assets created by SVGa Marketplace or its contributors.
• Use assets in unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, bypass access controls, or abuse download limits.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments may be processed through Razorpay, UPI, cryptocurrency, or other methods we enable from time to time.
• You authorize SVGa Marketplace and our payment partners to charge the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes.
• Manual payment orders remain pending until we verify your proof of payment.
• Failed, incomplete, or disputed payments may delay or cancel delivery.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Because products are digital and often delivered immediately, sales are generally final once download access is granted, except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy or where required by applicable consumer law. Contact support if you experience a technical delivery failure—we will work in good faith to restore access.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Preview assets before purchase and confirm format compatibility with your target platform.
• Comply with third-party platform rules (Bigo, Poppo, MLive, etc.).
• Keep account credentials confidential and download purchased files promptly.
• Use purchased assets only under the license granted in these Terms.
• Provide accurate billing and tax information when requested at checkout.

10. Intellectual Property

The SVGa Marketplace website, branding, and platform design are owned by SVGa Marketplace or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or commercial exploitation of the platform itself is prohibited.

Catalog content: Digital gifts listed and sold on SVGa Marketplace are commercial products offered by SVGa Marketplace. We sell these digital animation files for live-streaming and related use as described in these Terms, and we represent that we have the right to offer them for purchase and download through this Service.

Purchase grants you a license to use the downloaded files as stated in these Terms; it does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. If you believe any listing infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure in our Copyright & Takedown Policy.

11. Disclaimers

Assets are provided "as is." We do not guarantee compatibility with every app version or device. Platform policies may change; you are responsible for compliance with third-party rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SVGa Marketplace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or downloaded assets. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
