1. Our Commitment

We take copyright seriously. If you are a rights holder and believe that content on SVGa Marketplace infringes your copyright, please contact us. We will review valid requests promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the identified content.

2. Catalog Ownership & Commercial Rights

Digital gifts listed on SVGa Marketplace are commercial products offered by SVGa Marketplace. We represent that we have the right to sell and deliver these digital files to customers under the usage terms in our Terms & Conditions.

• Catalog gifts are sold by SVGa Marketplace as digital download products.
• Purchase grants a usage license as described in our Terms; it does not transfer ownership of our IP unless agreed in writing.
• Website branding, platform design, and product presentation remain property of SVGa Marketplace.

3. Reporting Suspected Infringement

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a Copyright / Takedown Request to our Copyright Agent using the contact method published on the SVGa Marketplace website. Use the subject line: Copyright Takedown Request.

To help us process your request quickly, include as much of the following as possible:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email and, if applicable, phone number).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (description, original source, or reference links).
3. The specific URL(s) or product name(s) on SVGa Marketplace where the material appears.
4. A clear statement that you are the rights holder, or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in your notice is accurate.
7. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. What Happens After We Receive a Request

• We acknowledge receipt when possible and review the notice for completeness.
• Valid requests are typically actioned within 5–10 business days, often sooner.
• We may remove or disable access to the identified listing, preview, and download while we investigate.
• We may contact you for additional information if the request is incomplete.
• We may notify affected customers only where required or appropriate; we do not disclose complainant contact details to unrelated parties.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error (for example, you hold a license or own the rights), you may submit a counter-notification with evidence of your authorization. We will review counter-notifications in good faith and may restore content if the dispute is resolved or if the original complaint is withdrawn.

6. Repeat Infringement

SVGa Marketplace may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload, purchase for redistribution, or otherwise misuse content in violation of copyright or our Terms. We cooperate with rights holders to maintain a lawful catalog.
